According to the latest report, out of 12 of the most important features that should be placed on a website, buyers choose Floor Plans as third. Photographs were first, Detailed Information second, then Floor Plans…more important than virtual tours!

Studies by Rightmove and Metropix confirm that buyers love floor plans, and the absence of floor plans is an obstacle.  Zillow, Reddit, and City-Data threads have strong pro-floor plan opinions.

The Problem

Shopping endless websites and visiting multiple tours, can turn buying a house into a daunting process.  Don't  expect your Buyers to recall the size and relationship between rooms... the layout of the house. Space planning for interior design and furnishings can be best accomplished with a drawing.

The Solution

A Floor Plan drawing is the tool needed to clear matters up. This accurate, to scale drawing is viewed from above, looking down at the floor. The walls are depicted, along with the position of doors, windows and major appliances.

Square Footage can be calculated. The size and layout of the kitchen would be an important factor to review.

    Photography and walk through tours should be accompanied by a Floor Plan, either by flyer, or visible on the web.  Buyers are pleased when Agents provide this, and the present market has found faster sales.
